Morton Arboretum Wedding : Lauren and Tai

It had been only a couple weeks since their Oak Park engagement session, but Lauren and Tai’s wedding at Morton Arboretum was already upon us! I really enjoyed getting to walk around Oak Park and get to know these two a little bit better, so I was excited to see them again so soon for their wedding day. We started off the day with a Vietnamese tea ceremony in the house that Tai grew up in. I loved all of the colorful outfits donned by Lauren, Tai, and several family members. After the ceremony, we broke for a quick lunch before heading towards the Morton Arboretum, just outside Chicago. It had been raining on and off all morning, so our fingers were crossed for clear skies for the outdoor ceremony. Literally minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, the rain stopped, giving us just enough of a break to hold the ceremony outdoors in the gorgeous grounds. After the ceremony was over, we headed indoors for cocktail hour and the reception. Lauren and Tai danced the night away, and Max from Style Matters made sure that the dance floor was packed all night! Less talk, more wedding photos:

I loved all of the bright colors in these outfits:

Stay away, rain! Luckily for us, it did just that during the ceremony!
