Remember Rachel and Jeff from their Chicago engagement session? I had a blast hanging out with these two the first time, so I couldn’t wait for their wedding at the Lincolnshire Marriott! I started off my morning with Rachel and the girls as she got ready in a hotel suite at the the hotel. When everyone was ready to go, we made our way outside for the first look. After the reveal, we walked around the grounds for a bit with the wedding party, doing some fun photos while dodging golf balls. (The hotel’s resort included a golf course, and we had an escort whose job was to make sure we wouldn’t walk into any fairways.) Both the ceremony and reception were at the Lincolnshire Marriott, so there was no need for us or any guests to drive anywhere! The weather worked out perfectly for the outdoor ceremony, and afterwards, guests mingled at the cocktail hour before walking over to the wedding reception. Elizabeth Wray Design did a gorgeous job providing the flowers and decor, while Okyne Media kept the dance floor packed all night!
And now that you’ve made it through all my rambling… it’s photo time!
It doesn’t feel like Saturday if I’m not getting blasted with hairspray!
