You may remember Rebecca and David from their engagement session in Evanston a few months ago. This amazing couple was having their wedding at La Venta Inn, just outside of Los Angeles in California, and I was thrilled that I was able to capture their wedding day! Rebecca and David are both musicians, which I loved; Rebecca is an amazing violinist while David was a composer. Being a former band geek, I loved hanging out with them at our engagement session together, and the wedding day was no different! I started my day with Rebecca as she was getting ready in the morning. David was getting ready just down the hall, so I jumped down there for a bit, too. I rode over with the guys and met back up with Rebecca when we arrived at La Venta Inn, where she changed into her dress. Rebecca and David saw each other before the ceremony, and we spent a little bit of time getting some fun portraits around the area. La Venta Inn is on the top of a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean, so we had a beautiful view of the ocean during the outdoor ceremony. After dinner, we watched a slideshow featuring Rebecca and David through the years, and then it was time to dance! Lee Dyson from Hey Mister DJ did a great job keeping people dancing all night, and I had a blast shooting it! Congratulations again, Rebecca and David; thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to document your wedding day!
