Esplanade Wedding in Chicago : Colleen and Jeremy

Colleen and Jeremy were referred to my by Colleen’s brother and his wife. If these two look familiar, you probably remember them from their downtown Chicago engagement session last year. I couldn’t wait to work with them again on their wedding day! I started off the morning with the bride, her family, and a few bridesmaids as they got ready in the home that Colleen grew up in.

I thought that Colleen looked stunning…

… and her bridesmaids agreed with me!

Before we left for the church, Colleen read a letter that Jeremy had written for her.

We anxiously waited for the limo, and it showed up just in time.

Meanwhile, Jeremy was already at St. Ednas Catholic Church.

As soon as the bride arrived, it was time for the wedding:

Bubbles!

More bubbles!

We arrived at Esplanade Lakes and took a few minutes to do a couple wedding party photos…

…as well as some portraits of just the bride and groom together.

After we were done outside, Colleen and Jeremy took a minute to freshen up before the beginning of the wedding reception.

The first dance:

Time for the dance party! The Endless Summer band did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor.

The Esplanade had a big dance floor… and it was jam packed!

A little fun in the photobooth:

We snuck outside for a couple quick photos near the end of the night.
