Located just off the Chicago river, River Roast has an amazing location, just steps from all of the amenities that downtown Chicago offers. If you haven’t heard of it, River Roast is a restaurant and Chicago wedding venue that was formerly known as Fulton’s. Led by Tony Mantuano of the Michelin-star-winning Spiaggia, the menu and decor were revamped, and both the space and the food now make it a can’t-miss destination and a great venue for a downtown Chicago wedding.
