Firehouse Chicago opened a couple years ago, so it’s relatively new in the world of Chicago wedding venues. That said, the attention to detail in both the venue and the staff are so good that one would think they had been hosting weddings for years and years. There’s a real sense of history in the space, which was once home to Chicago’s Fire Engine Company 70. The original building has stood for over 102 years, and the attention to history and tradition during the renovation is obvious.
