Remember Anne and Patrick? From their engagement session in New York City’s meatpacking district? Their wedding was actually all the way in Princeton, IL – a couple of hours south of Chicago. It was my first time down here, and I loved being able to spend some time in the quaint little town where Anne grew up.
I started off my day with Anne at the church as she got ready for the ceremony. Her hair and makeup were already done, so all she needed to do was jump into her dress and head to the sanctuary! After the ceremony, we headed for Princeton’s Hornbaker Gardens to do a few fun photos with the wedding party. The mosquitos were out in force, so we had to be fast! We jumped back into the bus and went to Hunter’s Ridge for the reception. Anne and Patrick had gotten Main Street BBQ to cater their wedding, and the food was so delicious! After being on your feet all day, some brisket, baked beans, and cornbread really hit the spot! :) After everyone had filled up on BBQ, they danced the night away with Anne and Patrick on the dance floor. Congratulations again, Anne and Patrick! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to document your wedding day. I wish you both nothing but the best!
