The last time I saw Rachel and Julio was at our Chicago engagement session at 31st street beach. I had a great time getting to know them better during our session, and I was really looking forward to working with them again at their Prairie Production wedding. Let’s get to some photos!
I started off my day with Rachel, her bridesmaids, and family as they got ready in their room at the Wit Hotel in Chicago.
I loved the purple dresses that Rachel’s bridesmaids were sporting.
We did our first look on the stairs above the lobby in the hotel.
After Rachel and Julio saw each other, we headed to Millennium Park to do a few wedding party photos. The weather couldn’t have been nicer, so we decided to head over on foot.
Up on the bridge that leads to the Modern Wing of the Art Institute:
Afterwards, we jumped back in the limo and drove down to Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii for the ceremony.
And afterwards, we headed down to Prairie Production for the cocktail hour and reception!
Instead of a cake, Rachel and Julio had a mini pie with these adorable cake toppers:
Time for the dance party!
At the end of the night, we snuck out to do a couple more photos. This one was one of my favorites:
Congratulations again, Rachel and Julio! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to document your wedding day. I wish you both nothing but the best!
