If Nicole and Eric look familiar, it’s probably because you remember them from their engagement session in Wrigleyville last year! I had such a great time with them during the e-session, so I was excited for their Chicago wedding! I started off my day with Nicole as she got ready at her parents house. After kissing her adorable pug goodbye, she stepped into her lovely Jim Hjelm dress, and it was off to the church for the ceremony. There was a little bit of rain, but we didn’t let that stop us, and we headed to Dominican University to take wedding party photos. After taking a few photos around the campus, we headed to Brown Cow Ice Cream Parlor in Forest Park so that everyone could grab some ice cream. Best idea ever! After we had gotten our ice cream fix, we headed to Elmcrest Banquets for the reception. Nicole and Eric are huge Cubs fans, and their table cards were designed to look like baseball cards. They even had a photo of the moment Eric proposed to Nicole on display. (Appropriately, he proposed at Wrigley Field!) The lovely couple danced the night away after dinner, and their friends and family kept the dance floor packed around them the entire time. Congratulations again, Nicole and Eric! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to document your wedding day!
