You may remember Keya and Paul from their engagement session in Hyde Park and around the University of Chicago campus. Even though we spent that day running in and out of buildings to dodge rain, I had so much fun with them, so I couldn’t wait for their wedding day! Keya and Paul were having their Indian fusion wedding at the Union League Club in Chicago. I started off my day with Keya and the girls as they got ready in a suite at the club. When all of the girls were ready to go, we headed downstairs for the Indian fusion wedding ceremony. The lovely couple incorporated both Indian and American elements into their beautiful ceremony. After the ceremony, we took a few quick photos around the club, and then Keya and Paul left to mingle with their guests at cocktail hour. Afterwards, everyone filed into the reception room for dinner and some great speeches from family and friends. The night ended with a fantastic dance party! Keya and Paul were at the center of the dance floor all night, surrounded by friends and family! Enough talking – time for some photos!
Time for the Indian fusion wedding ceremony!
I loved this henna!
I also loved their cake toppers:
First dance – one of my favorites from the day:
Time for the dance party – and it was definitely a fantastic one!
Bride and groom were at the center of the packed dance floor all night.
The Union League Club looked lovely with its holiday decorations.
Congratulations again, Keya and Paul, and thank you so much for letting me be a part of your wedding day. I had so much fun, and I wish you both nothing but the best!
-Steve
