Here’s a few favorites from Margaret and Christopher’s Morton Arboretum wedding day! It had rained pretty hard the day before Margaret and Christopher’s wedding. And while the skies had mostly cleared up, the grounds were muddy and wet. Margaret and Christopher didn’t let the uncontrollable elements bother them, and we were even able to do our portraits outdoors. I had a wonderful time working with Margaret, Christopher, and their friends and families. Let’s get to the wedding photos:
Margaret got ready with friends and family at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Lisle, near the Arboretum.
Christopher got ready with friends and family in his own suite.
I really liked the texture on Christopher’s jacket:
When everyone was ready, we drove separately to the Arboretum to have Margaret and Christopher see each other.
After their first look, we walked around the grounds to take some portraits.
Ceremony time:
After the ceremony, we headed to the tent for the reception and dinner.
Time for the dance party!
We jumped outside for a last portrait at the end of the night.
Congratulations again, Margaret and Christopher! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your Morton Arboretum wedding day. I had a blast documenting your story and wish you all the best.
