To say that I was excited to have Bridget and Aaron back from their current stomping grounds of LA for their Meson Sabika wedding is an understatement. Having gotten to know this awesome group because I had photographed Aaron’s twin brother’s Salvage One wedding last year, I knew it would be a fun filled day. With Bridget getting ready at her maid of honor’s house in Bucktown and Aaron getting ready at his twin brother’s house the anticipation was definitely building. If you’ve ever been to Holy Family Church than you can identify with the ‘take your breath away’ moment that Bridget felt when she walked in with her Dad for the first time. Bridget and Aaron’s ceremony was filled with plenty of laughs and happy tears before they took their last long walk out of the church as husband and wife. They kicked their party off with some champagne on the way to Museum Campus for photos and then we headed to Naperville for their Meson Sabika wedding. With a mix of Chicago and LA style these two showed their out of town guests a great time while keeping their parents on the dance floor for the better part of the night.
Bridget and Aaron – it’s been an honor getting to know you and I have to say that you’ll definitely be missed! Congratulations to you both, and I hope that I see you around Chicago again soon!
We arrived in Naperville for the reception:
