You may remember Jenni and Cesar from their engagement session at Architectural Artifacts earlier this year. I had so much fun with them, and I couldn’t wait for their Chicago wedding! I started my day off with Jenni at the Swissotel. She had gotten her hair and makeup done at Olivelli Hair Salon, so we just waited for her bridesmaids to arrive so that they could get her into her beautiful Romona Keveza dress! We headed out for the ceremony, but before we went to the church, we went to Jenni’s parents house so that she could see her mother and father. Right next to their house was a bar that their family owned, so I had to take some pictures in there! With Jenni’s parents in tow, we arrived at Holy Cross Church of Chicago. After the ceremony, we jumped into the limo to head to Hickory Hills Country Club for the reception. Cesar and Jenni are definitely lovers of awesome music: they flew in Mariachi Reyna de Los Angeles, an all-female mariachi band, from LA, and La Internacional Sonora Show all the way from Colombia for their Chicago reception! Both groups were amazingly talented, and the Sonora Show kept the dance floor packed all night! Congratulations again, Jenni and Cesar. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to document your wedding day; I had so much fun!
