I’ve never been one to have a big celebration for the Fourth of July. We might go to a friends house or host a couple people, but it was never anything more than that. This year was quite the opposite, as I got to work with Kelly and Tim who celebrated not only the 4th, but also their wedding day! The weather couldn’t have been better for their outdoor ceremony, and the dance party was epic. A big thank-you to Jeremy Minnerick for flying up from Dallas to photograph this wedding with me!
I started off the day with Kelly and Tim as they got ready in their suite at the Westin River North.
Kelly and Tim saw each other for the first time just outside the hotel.
We took a little bit of time to do portraits with Kelly, Tim, and their wedding party.
The ceremony took place at Lincoln Park Zoo’s Foreman Pavilion, just outside Cafe Brauer.
Time for the dance party – like I mentioned above, it was a good one!
At the end of the night, Kelly and Tim had a grand exit surrounded by their guests and sparklers.
