Lincoln Park Engagement Session : Alexis and Pat

When it comes to engagement pictures, I love it when a couple tells me, “we want something different.” Alexis and Pat really wanted a shot with the Chicago Theater… but after that, we hopped in a cab and waved goodbye to downtown. Our destination? None other than Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Lincoln Park has its share of boutiques and expensive, beautiful houses, but there’s also an urban part to the neighborhood where it borders the Chicago River. There’s scrap yards, loading docks, and factories – and that’s exactly where we wandered around! I like it when people wear bright colors for their engagement sessions, so I loved it when Alexis showed up a cute, bright pink dress. (Bonus points – the dress had pockets!) I had so much fun with these two at your Lincoln Park engagement session, and I can’t wait for their wedding!
